12 Month Stats

We went to the doctor Friday for Holt's one year check up. His stats are listed below and he got a clean bill of health. He had to get three shots (chicken pox, Prevnar, and Hep A) and had his finger pricked which he didn't like...can you blame him?

Not much has changed this month. He did start walking soon after he turned 11 months so life is much busier! He is into everything! Also, he is officially off the bottle and on whole milk. I had transitioned him off the bottle for all feedings except at bedtime about a month ago. Once he turned one, I thought it was time to go ahead and take the bottle away at bedtime. It was hard at first but the past few nights he has done very well.

His favorite thing to do right now is shoot hoops. My mom got him a basketball goal for his birthday and he loves it! He lives for the praise that he gets when he makes a basket. It is precious!  He loves being outside just like his daddy. The boy in him comes out more and more each day. He is so much fun!
